☆July 7th: Let’s play games with Japanese traffic rules!
Where: AI-AI (Toyota Child Care Support Center)

Time: 10:30-11:30 a.m.
Content: Do your children know the meaning of each color of traffic rights? Let’s play and learn how to cross streets and the right way to ride a bicycle.

☆Aug 24th: Let’s visit Kodomo-en (Public Nursery/preschool/kindergarten) in Toyota)
Where: UMETSUBO Kodomo-en
1-14-1 Umetsubo-cho, Toyota
Time: 10:30-11:30 a.m.
Content: Have you ever been to Kodomo-en before? Have you ever considered to leave your children at a nursery? Let’s visit one of the public nurseries in Toyota. On that day, you can see the class rooms and also communicate with the principal teacher.

☆Sep 14th: What can we do when disaster?(earthquakes/fires…)
Where: Toyota BOSAI learning center
5-17-1 Chokoji, Toyota (Toyota City Fire Department HQ)
Time: 10:30-11:30 a.m.
Content: When disaster occurred, what is the situation will be? How we survive from it? Toyota city fire fighters will teach us about the tips. Fire trucks are there!

☆Oct 12th: Have fun with colored water!
Where: NIKO-NIKO (YANAGAWASE children/family socializing square)
8-1 Funaba, Unebe-Higashimachi, Toyota
Time: 10:30-11:30 a.m.
Content: Let’s play with water guns (filled with colored water!)! What’s going to happen on your T-shirt? Enjoy together!
A list of things to bring: clothes that can get dirty, towel, drink, a change of clothes.

☆Nov 16th: Walk around and find useful signals in the park.
Where: HIMORI park

Time: 10:30-11:30 a.m.
Content: HIMORI park is one of the big parks in Toyota. It will be used as a shelter when a disaster occurred. So, let’s take a walk and find its useful signals and equipment in the park.

☆Dec 10th: Language acquisitions of your multicultural kids
Where: on ZOOM (meeting information will be announced later)
Time: 10:30-11:30 a.m.
Content: Both mother tongue (parents’ mother tongues) and Japanese are important for your children. Though it might be difficult to acquire both. Let’s think together what is the good way to learn several languages for your family.

☆Feb 4th: Children’s health—How should I do when trouble.

Content: What should we do when you/your family get injured/sick? How to tell to your doctor/teacher about the situation? Let’s learn about it with picture books and games!
